Named for the region of Colombia where co-owner Jorge Gacharna is from, this casual Colombian storefront eatery offers a meat-heavy menu. Options include grilled steaks, short ribs, brisket and rabbit, all accompanied by salsa verde, rice, fried yuca, boiled potato, and arepas con queso (griddle fried corn pancakes with cheese). Other choices include calentado, a traditional Colombian breakfast featuring beans, arepas, potatoes, eggs and carne asada. Blackberry, mango, and passion fruit juices are available, or you can BYOB with no corkage fee. Desserts include brevas con arequipe (figs with creme caramel).
