The menu at Tin Fish has create-your-own-meal option (diners pick a fish, preparation, sauce and side), as well as USDA prime steaks, lobster tail, crab legs and shrimp served three ways. There's also a raw bar for oysters, and other fresh shellfish available by the piece or as a platter to share. The wine list includes several half bottles, and the full bar offers an extensive list of bourbon, scotch, Armagnac and Cognac.
