Rumba's Latin-fusion menu shows influences from Puerto Rico, Cuba and South America. Expect choices like crispy empanadas, a ceviche trio, ginger-crusted swordfish and Caribbean-style beef tenderloin. The international wine list features several wines by the glass, or opt for a tropical cocktail like a mojito or caipirinha. The space features flashy custom-made banquettes and a bar featuring discreet plasma screen televisions. There’s also a stage area, featuring live Latin music Tuesday through Saturday nights. DJs spin late night on the weekends.
