The walls of this non-meat and non-dairy kosher restaurant are white and blue tile, the colors of colors of the Israeli flag. A sign on the wall reads, "Make a friend. Share a table during busy hours", as there are only about 16 seats in the dining area. Tuna salad, whitefish salad and salmon salad are made from freshly cooked fish. Also on the menu: grilled salmon, tuna, whitefish, cod, lake trout, and snapper. A variety of kosher sandwiches, pastas, soups, and salads are offered, and a made-to-order kosher breakfast is featured Sunday mornings.
The market carries over a dozen types of fresh fish, plus a dozen smoked and prepared selections, including lox and herring. Salad trays, fish trays and sushi platters are also offered. The full-menu is available for carry out. Good Morgan provides patrons with a kosher hand-washing station.
