Chicago, IL 60640

Co-owners Kyung Bang and Jason Yoo specialize in custom orders at this Andersonville Japanese-Korean joint. Just tell them your favorite ingredients and they'll roll it on the spot. Or you can order from the set roll choices. One intriguing option: the Clark Crunch, made with crab, cucumber, masago, kan-pyo, mayo, kaiko and shrimp powder. Another: the Low Carb Maki, with assorted veggies, avocado and king crab or opt for Korean specialties like bi bim bap.
