Sabri Nehari Restaurant

2502 W. Devon Ave.
Chicago, IL 60659
773-743-6200
Sabri Nehari Restaurant which closed due to fire in November 2006, is now open in a new location across the street from the original address. This Pakistani eatery offers choices like goat biryani, a spiced rice dish, pakoras, chickpea-battered and deep-fried vegetables, samosas, crispy turnovers stuffed with seasoned potatoes, peas and coriander, multiple kebab choices and more. Those expecting the generic "curry" spices found at a lot of Devon Avenue eateries will be pleased to find the seasonings varied, fresh, distinctive and complex.
