O'Shaughnessy's Public House

This Ravenswood pub is a nod to owner Michael Finan’s Irish heritage: It's named after his mother, who hails from Tipperary, Ireland, and his father (from Sligo, Ireland), who was part of the carpentry team that helped build the bar. Located in the historic Pickard China Building, the corner pub stands out with a rich red exterior with gold lettering. Inside, a custom-built wood bar, exposed brick and stained glass shipped from Ireland create a cozy atmosphere, plus booths, hightop tables and padded benches provide plenty of seating options. Fill up on traditional Emerald Isle eats such as curry chips, bangers and mash, and all-day Irish breakfast, or opt for standard bar fare or one of the healthier menu options made with local or organic ingredients.
