Lots of bars slap a name like ''O'Reilly's'' on the door, put Guinness on tap and call themselves Irish. Hidden Shamrock, though, is authentically Celtic. The bartenders are expatriates from Commonwealth nations, the menu features Irish breakfasts and the TV is often tuned to soccer and rugby matches. There are also two fireplaces and a gallery of portraits of great Irish writers. ''Through the week, Hidden Shamrock is a good sit-down, talk-around crowd,'' says the bartender. ''Sunday afternoon is a good pub atmosphere.''
