This cheerful corner taco joint has developed a rep for its big tacos. In 2006, the Chicago Tribune ranked it among the Top 5 tacos in the Chicago area:
"At this sunny, clean and pretty corner taqueria in Berwyn, the tacos are huge. Juicy chunks of grilled skirt steak, topped with onion and cilantro, spill out of the warm tortillas ($1.75). Oddly, lemon (not key lime) wedges come in the paper-lined taco baskets, offering a sweeter citrusy taste than their green cousin. But while the meat was tender, beautifully cooked and plentiful, it was also underseasoned on this visit. One of our tasters, who'd eaten here on an earlier round, remembered tastier steak. But consistency is important."
