Design the pizza of your dreams at this wood-fired oven pizzeria, owned and operated by husband-wife team Jonathan and Brianna Cowan. Customers can pick out each element of their pizza from the type of crust (white, wheat or gluten-free) to sauce (tomato, barbecue, basil pesto, extra virgin olive oil or vegetable), along with a selection of cheeses--mozzarella, provolone-mozzarella blend, fontina or vegan. Top if off with a medley of toppings that range from the traditional selections like pepperoni to the more creative, such as prosciutto, egg, roast beef and in-house herbs. And don't worry about the wait--pizzas are cooked in an 800-degree rotating oven that cooks pies in two minutes. Opt for a side salad or top off the meal with one of the available artisan gelati for dessert. Another element of the restaurant is the ability to donate to South Suburban PADS and the Bridge Teen Center--as the Cowans donate a portion of their proceeds to the two causes.
