Opening on Dec. 12, this downtown Evanston lounge will offer cocktail classes and spirits shopping while serving up drinks like Blood and Sand (cherry brandy, scotch and sweet vermouth), wine, beer and small plates. Owners Anne Carlson and Cody Modeer bring local libations knowledge to the menu, having both served stints at In Fine Spirits in Andersonville.
