The restaurant and bar on the first floor of the Dana Hotel serves contemporary American fare with regional and seasonal influences, along with a raw bar. Helmed by culinary director Rodelio Aglibot (Sunda, The Florentine), expect food that's ingredient-driven yet fun and flavorful -- don't be surprised to see influences from Asian, Spanish and Mediterranean fare. As for the interior, there's been a complete model since the spot's days as Aja Steakhouse -- blending an old Chicago feel with modern touches, they've added banquets for a more homey feel.
