This Jefferson Park Italian eatery features a broad regional menu that covers all the bases. Specialties include fresh seafood, with choices like pan-seared tilapia with a lemon-butter sauce and roasted salmon with garlic whipped potatoes. House-made pastas include the sacchettini al pesto, pasta pouches stuffed with ricotta cheese and finished with a Genovese-style pesto sauce. Veal saltimbocca and braciole di carne, garlic, parmesan cheese and parsley-stuffed sirloin rolls sautéed in tomato sauce and served over whole wheat fettuccine, are a few of the entree highlights. The large wine-hued dining room is accented with exposed brick walls, and there's a bustling open display kitchen. In the summer months there are two outdoor options, the year-round garden room opens up for alfresco dining and there's also a sidewalk cafe.
