This Loop bakery, helmed by Toni Marie Cox (former pastry chef at the now-shuttered Ciel Bleu and the Parisian Disneyland) also offers Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, soups and other cafe snacks. Made-to-order and grab-and-go sandwiches are on hand for concertgoers heading to nearby Millennium Park. Baked goods are made from scratch with ingredients such as European-style butter and Belgian and French chocolate; many of the faves from Cox's Hinsdale shop, including her white chocolate mousse cake, are available. The art deco-inspired interior includes a stand-up coffee bar serving Metropolis cappuccinos, lattes and other drinks.
