The premier sports venue in Frankfort, The Wild Rover, is thrilled to announce that it is bringing in new menu items to keep customers coming back and excited. Its new and fresh dishes include appetizers like its pizza bread and “Landmines,” which are battered jalapeno slices served with red pepper sauce.
“Enjoy a taste of the Irish at The Wild Rover,” Jack Dillon of The Wild Rover said. “Nearly 99.9 percent of all our food is handmade, including sauces. Nothing is processed.”
The Wild Rover’s new sandwiches include a pulled pork sandwich on a pretzel bun; a turkey, brie and apple sandwich on a croissant; a meatball pita with melted mozzarella cheese; and diablo shrimp tacos. No menu is complete without burgers, which is why The Wild Rover has also expanded its burger selection with a mushroom Swiss burger, and a half-pound cowboy burger that features cheddar cheese, bacon, barbeque sauce and onion straws.
In addition, the sports bar is also offering to make any of its salads into a wrap, including the shrimp poor boy wrap, the chicken Caesar and more.
