I recently setup a birthday party for around 25 people at this club and when several of us arrived, the doorman did not even have my party on the list! The promoter or person who deals with reservations, Travis Allison, stated in an email that everything was good to go for my party and that we would receive complimentary admission from 10-11pm. The staff at the door was completely rude and would not even bring Travis to the door to verify that we were supposed to have a party there. Will never return and gave my business to another establishment right down the street!!!

I booked my sister's bachelorette party with Underground and was WELL taken care of! The whole team made the experience so much fun and the atmosphere is super chill! Cute servers and strong drinks. Needless to say, our group had a great time!
