"Kickass bar + comfort food" is the catchphrase at this Southern-inspired spot, where bartenders will shake up mint julep martinis and Peachtree Pale Ale from Atlanta Brewing Co. Kevin Heisner, who styled the interiors at Bar DeVille and other good-lookin' nightspots around town, re-imagined Chaise's dining room with more of a bar look and feel. Chef Cary Taylor stays in the kitchen, cooking up snacks such as poutine with tasso ham and cheese curds, rosemary-flecked black-eyed peas and fried green tomatoes.
