I used to live in Chicago and then moved to Seattle, Washington. On a return visit home many years ago, I discovered The Onion Pub! I already knew that I loved Wild Onion beer (and always take some back to Seattle with me), but to find out that the brewer of my favorite beer now had a pub was really good news! I make sure to visit The Onion Pub every time I travel back to Illinois, both to quell my craving for Paddy Pale Ale and J.A.C.K Stout, but also to meet with old friends that I haven't seen in a while. The Onion Pub has become a big part of what I consider to be "home". Amazing beer! Great food! Wonderful people!
