Don't go expecting wings and sliders; more like duck confit and lobster orzo. While the place has a nice, cozy, pub-like atmosphere, the menu is definitely more upscale. Think The Bristol, Maude's Liquor Bar, or Longman & Eagle. The beer and wine list were great and, as a scotch lover, I loved the scotch flights! It's great to have an actual gastropub in the neighborhood.
I cannot believe the price for 2 bites. Small plates, they mean "tiny plates". The corker was when they wanted to charge us for
additional bread! I don't think they will make it with that lack of
value, especially for a "neighborhood" joint. It was horribly loud. We got friendly with some men behind us & they said they had to
go eat afterword as the portions were so "skimpy"! Kind of a joke....to eat and then have to go eat again!!!
