Rob and Allie Levitt (formerly of Mado) are behind this Noble Square butcher shop, selling cut-to-order carnivorous delights ranging from homemade sausage to pork chops, sourced from local farms. Shoppers can pick up an individual chicken breast or entire chicken; daily charcuterie items such as chicken liver pate will also be on hand, along with freshly brewed Metropolis coffee. The shop also offers a limited daily sandwich selection -- options such as Italian beef and bocadillos, baguette-based ham sandwiches Levitt first sampled years ago in Spain -- which can be eaten sitting at the counter or wrapped in butcher paper to take home. Hoping to make your own meat treats? Levitt plans to eventually host classes and demonstrations in sausage-making and other types of meat preparation at the shop.
