Formerly located in Sauganash, this health-focused restaurant is making a move to Avondale's Green Exchange building (currently under construction), perhaps in late 2011. Look for gluten-free, organic and vegan offerings in an eco-friendly environment. Though there's no meat, wheat or dairy on the ever-changing menu, you will find highly seasoned, delish dishes like pizzas crowned with kale and pesto and raw ravioli made from thinly sliced marinated radishes instead of pasta. Sustainability is a priority not just in the food, but also in the surroundings. Furniture is made from recycled materials and to-go meals are served in reusable dishware.
