This Old Town Thai BYOB with sister spot in Uptown serves most of the usual suspects, including spring rolls, curries and pad see eiw, the classic stir-fried wide rice noodle dish with egg, broccoli, pea pods and sweet soy sauce, as well as a few non-Thai surprises like Mongolian beef and udon noodle soup. Chef's favorites include spicy deep-fried catfish sauteed with herbs and vegetables in a curry sauce. Thai Aroma is also the rare (if inauthentic) Asian spot that serves brown rice on request. Thai iced coffee and tea are options if you don't BYOB.
