This French spot doesn't take its meat lightly, boasting a passion and skill for curing meats and making sausage. The menu features everything from house-cured smoked bacon, to West Loop salumi mariola, salumi gentile and salumi chorizo. Sausages include an all beef hot dog and bratwurst, among other selections. House cured meats aside, diners can also enjoy a variety of a la carte dishes, including beet salad, pate, ocean trout with black olive gnocchi and more. The restaurant features a 20 to 30 seat sidewalk cafe.
