Named for Evanston's role in Prohibition, the city's first craft brewery offers a tap room where you can try beers from former Goose Island brewer Claudia Jendron. If you want something to eat while you sip, the spot sells a few snacks and regularly hosts food trucks. You're also welcome to bring in outside food or order delivery. Built in a former warehouse, the space will also offer a beer garden come summer.
