This Logan Square spot, from the team behind Webster's Wine Bar and The Bluebird, serves about a dozen wines by the glass, with a focus on family-owned European wineries that produce wine in a natural way. European beers are on draft; locally sourced eats--such as oysters with Midwestern lamb and green strawberry mignonette--come courtesy of chef du cuisine John Anderes of Avec. The eatery’s rustic Mediterranean design includes mesquite wood floors, tables made of reclaimed, 200-year-old Mexican wood and a back bar crafted from Wisconsin barn wood--along with photos from staff wine trips.
