This Chinatown BYOB puts handmade noodles in focus (literally--an enormous window to the kitchen allows for good views of the staff at work) with a selection of ramen bowls topped with seafood, chicken, beef or pork. There's also an extensive roster of Cantonese-style classics such as breaded pork chops, chicken curry over rice, and scallops and peapods, but it's the homemade favorite noodle dishes, such as fish ball noodles and Japanese noodle soup, that really keep the Chinatown crowds coming back for more.
