This modest storefront BYOB in Chinatown specializes in steaming hot pots. A cooler near the entrance houses a selection of pre-plated proteins, including beef, fish patties, vegetables and tofu, which are then added to personal tabletop induction burners filled with your choice of five soup bases: seafood, miso, sour, hot and spicy, or mixed mushroom. Traditional seasonings and garnishes such as scallions, garlic, chile peppers, cilantro and ginger are available so you can season your meal to taste. If hot pot alone isn't enough, the Taiwanese-inspired menu also includes soup dumplings (crab or pork), noodle dishes, and a wide variety of grilled skewers.
