The owners of the Boundary are behind this bar and grill. The decor is noticeably Boundary-esque, with dark wood furniture, big leather booths, and walls stacked high with stone and beer coolers packed with 70 or so craft brews behind the bar. A wavy wooden ceiling feature jives well with the name, which came from the bar's location (on the corner of South Water Street and Michigan Avenue) and its solid stock of your favorite kind of sweet water, from beer to spirits. Weekend brunch is also available.
The food menu is similar to that of the Boundary, but with a few tweaks. Dishes include a sesame-crusted ahi tuna salad, pepperjack cheese and bacon-wrapped Cajun shrimp, a handful of pasta dishes, and an oversized skillet cookie. Other special features include a 140-seat, TV-equipped beer garden and a glassed-in room for 16 with its own AV system and flat-screen TVs -- prime real estate for a private party or your next off-site business meeting.
