Pressed sushi, or oshizushi, is the specialty this small Japanese BYOB in Lincoln Park. This style of sushi, popular in Osaka, Japan, doesn't incorporate a nori wrapper. Instead, rice is pressed into cubes and each ingredient is stacked atop the next, creating a sort of sushi cake, which is cut and served in pieces. Here oshizushi is served with miso soup and a green salad with ginger dressing. The restaurant also serves traditional maki and nigiri, as well as salads and appetizers. Spicy tuna, spider, dragon and Philly rolls are all good bets.
