Firing up the 16-foot robata grill with 100% Japanese charcoal, former Japonais chef Gene Kato's menu features yakitori-style skewers, sashimi and features a dessert bar where guests will see traditional Japanese fruit, jelly and ice cream desserts being prepared. Head downstairs for post-dinner sake or Japanese tea at Charcoal Bar, designed by mixologist Matthew Lipsky.
