This Lincoln Park bistro underwent a few stops and starts out of the gates but eventually brought in former "Top Chef" contestant Dale Levitski (La Tache, Trio) to try to work magic in the kitchen, and he's since succeeded. At his side is sous chef Sara Nguyen, who also competed on Season 3 of "Top Chef." Levitski's French-American menu is a $65 three-course, choose-your-own-adventure seasonal affair, though a la carte options are also available. Sunday brunch offers Levitski's take on brunch classics from steak and eggs (crab hush puppy-wrapped skirt steak) to oatmeal (served seared with carrots, creme fraiche and mandarin-kumquat puree).
