The owners of this Irving Park 'cue spot take the smoking process seriously. They've installed not one but two Southern Pride smokers to prep the goods for the 50-seat, quick-serve BYOB. The menu offers applewood smoked baby back and St. Louis-style ribs, plus brisket (smoked for 15 hours over oak), pulled pork (smoked for 12 hours over applewood) and sides such as cornbread and mac and cheese.
