This New York import is carving out its own niche in Chicago's steakhouse pantheon. Specializing in dry-aged beef, S&W serves steaks in sizes suited to Chicago-caliber appetites. The decor has enough sports memorabilia to make Chicagoans forget they're in a New York-based eatery. The upstairs dining room is alive with plate-clatter, while the downstairs area is slightly (but only slightly) more sedate. Wollensky's Grill serves lighter fare as well as the full restaurant menu.
