This casual Chinatown Square spot specializes in dim sum ordered "sushi style"--that is, by checking boxes on a carbon-copy form, as opposed to plucking plates from rolling carts. The long list of options includes steamed dishes such as dumplings, spare ribs and bean curd rolls; pan-fried dishes such as potstickers; pancakes made of taro and turnip; buns filled with barbecued meats and mixed veggies; rice crepes; congee (Chinese porridge); and desserts such as mango pudding. Though dim sum is the main draw, the regular menu provides a lineup of traditional dishes. Alcohol is not permitted.
