Rotofugi moved to Lincoln Park from its Chicago Avenue digs in August 2010. And it's still one of Chicago's hippest, urban toy stores. The minimalist environment dons quite the eclectic collection of abstract vinyl and plastic toys, yet seems eerily like a Japanese cartoon. You'll also find plush toys, such as beady-eyed UglyDolls and quirky stuffed ninjas from Chicago-based Shawnimals. Graffiti artists and cartoonists make the place -- and the vinyl -- their studio, so any customer is sure to take home a unique item. Gallery exhibits range from modern pop and illustration from local and national artists.
