The Regina here at this far northwest suburban restaurant is the same namesake as the Arlington Heights' original, both ran by the Campanella family by way of Sicily. Slip into a booth in the lounge for a drink, or head straight for the dining room, adorned with a brightly colored mural of an Italian piazza. Though the menu varies slightly, the specialty of the house here is the same as the Arlington location: veal medallions in marscapone cream sauce with tomato, onions and zuchini, served with -- of course -- a side of pasta. Appetizers, from calamari to bruschetta, are traditional, as are the desserts.
