This chic black-and-white club resides in the Gold Coast's former Level space. Hit the main level's dance floor or head upstairs to stake out a sofa and watch the action below. You can still order quick-pour club standbys like vodka-Red Bull if you like, but a menu of hand-crafted cocktails designed by mixologist Bridget Albert tempts with strawberry balsamic martinis, cucumber caipiroskas and pricey Veuve Clicquot champagne cocktails. Besides traditional bottle service, old-fashioned punch bowls are also available filled to the brim with concoctions such as the Bouquet Punch, a mix of mandarin orange vodka, elderflower liqueur and rose nectar. Be prepared to pay a cover charge if you're not on the guest list.
