This Lincoln Square spot, owned by Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts instructors John Fuente and his wife Alisa Gaylon, offers a four-course menu for the set price of $40. Prepared in the eatery's open kitchen using locally sourced ingredients, menu items change weekly and include savory selections such as a braised turnip risotto and decadent desserts such as red pear with caramelized blue cheese. Each course includes three options, though big eaters can supplement with additional small plates such as an imported olive assortment are also on hand. A tightly edited list of local wine and beer is offered.
