This much-loved Edgewater eatery, which closed a few years back, has re-opened in its original space. The menu features Vietnamese dishes by original Pasteur chef Dan Nguyen alongside French fare created by chef-about-town Eric Aubriot. Dishes include deep-fried snapper with a peppered garlic-and-onion sauce and seared duck breast with pearl onions, bacon and peas. Besides a full bar, plenty of wines are available by the glass and bottle.
