This Cabo-inspired cantina with the motto "It's a Mexican version of 'Cheers!'" is just off Rush and Division's strip of tourist-heavy bars. A stock of 40-plus tequilas behind the bar and a menu of 11 margaritas (available on the rocks or frozen) are on hand to help you sip yourself into the vacation mindset. The kitchen's open until close nightly, cranking out cheesy quesadillas, tamales, fajitas, churros and the signature Paradise Roll (think Mexican egg roll). There isn't a dancefloor, but with this much tequila on hand, we wouldn't be surprised to see partiers getting down to the rock and Top 40 tunes playing on the speakers here. Paradise's first location resides in Las Vegas; a third is planned on Division Street in Wicker Park.
