This little Logan Square spot owned the brothers behind Portage Park's Pinocchio's Pizza & Wings serves four basic types of cuisine: rib tips, wings, pizza and salads, all based on family recipes. Wings are breaded, fried and served with five sauces; ribs tips are tossed in a blended barbecue sauce, baked in garlic butter and served with garlic bread. The hand-tossed pizza, similar to what you'll find at Pinocchio's, holds its own again either option. The thin-crust pies are made with a savory, oregano-intense sauce and can be finished off with typical toppings such as pepperoni or with fancier fare like artichoke hearts, fresh basil and goat cheese. There's limited seating, so carryout or delivery is your best option.
