The folks behind adjacent Fat Willy’s Rib Shack aim to bring the English countryside gastropub experience to Logan Square, with more than 20 brews on tap and about 50 bottled beers along with an extensive cocktail program. From the traditional English nonic pint glasses (bigger than the standard pints you’ll find in the states) to the wood and leather Victorian-style decor, the rustic English experience is authentic throughout. On the farm-to-table menu you’ll find English pub favorites such as the haddock and house-cut chips with malt vinegar aioli and tartar with cooked egg, or the meat pie with braised short ribs, turnips, carrots, potatoes and other veggies. During the weekend brunch, don't miss authentic hearty fare like the Full English Fry-Up made with tinned navy beans, fried eggs, blood sausage and wheat toast.
