Enjoy a solid wine selection (Eversman's a vino aficionado) and a selection of vodkas to accompany the a menu of Southeast Asian fare with contemporary American influences. Eversman says you won't see traditional Thai or Vietnamese dishes, but you may see some traditional ingredients.
