Before reopening in summer 2011, this French-influenced eatery, located in the Park Hyatt Chicago, replaced its formal white tablecloths with comfy wooden tables with leather accents and a warm dark brown-and-cream color scheme; wintry branch artwork decorates the space above NoMI's window tables. The menu, courtesy of Executive Chef Ryan LaRoche (formerly of Tru), features a focus on regionally sourced ingredients from local farmers, cheesemakers, bakers and other artisans in dishes like the mushroom ginger bouillon appetizer, served at lunch, and roasted whole lobe Hudson Valley foie gras. In warm weather, you can also enjoy your entree outdoors in the terrace lounge.
