The newly-opened Indian lunch spot (curated by chefs Hiran Patel, Sahil Singh and Martin Cabrera) aims to make Indian food widely accessible through a menu focused on fresh takes on Indian dishes. Those with a flare for creation can build their own sandwich, roti roll or salad bowl, choosing from homemade sauces, marinated meats and fresh toppings (quinoa salad, cabbage slaw, pickled onions and more). Sides include fries, samosas and soups. The real catch? Naansense creates their own Naan bread (which comes with every meal) with a traditional tandoor clay oven.
