This Lincoln Park shared plates spot from Matt Maroni (the brains behind The Gaztro-Wagon) serves contemporary American fare with wild game and seafood influences. The menu is divvied up into six sections--raw, offal, veggies, shellfish, game and fish--and features meats from local purveyors and Texas ranches. The two-floor space has a black-and-white, vintage look throughout, with a 24-seat lounge upstairs serving fun craft cocktails, beers from a trio of different breweries changing monthly and late-night bar eats such as fried oysters, pork belly nuggets and croque madame patty melts. Desserts such as ricotta beigets and chocolate-hazelnut cake are the sweet result of a collaboration between Maroni and Fritz Pastry's Nate Meads.
