This lunch-only destination offers fresh, quick salads, panini and soup to busy Loop professionals. Choose from one of the signatures, such as the warm goat cheese salad with candied pecan-crusted goat cheese, organic baby beets, cherry tomatoes and blackberry balsamic vinaigrette, or build your own. With ingredients such as edamame, grilled asparagus and hearts of palm on the menu, it's easy to create something more interesting (and healthy) than what you might grab from the mass-market competition (ahem, Subway).
