The husband and wife team behind Chinatown's Sala Bua have taken over Tank Sushi's former space, serving an extensive menu of maki, nigiri and sashimi along with hot and cold small plates such as seared duck breast in Asian pear sauce and spicy tuna ravioli. Ramen and grilled mini-skewers of meats ranging from rib eye to alligator round out the menu at the 80-seat spot.
