This restaurant's name may be Mexico Uno (that's one in Spanish, folks), but it should be Mexico Diez (ten), for all the Gonzalez family members that keep the place running day after day. Stop in for an authentic Mexican breakfast of ham and eggs or huevos rancheros, sunny-side up eggs with onion rice and beans. The whole dinner menu is great, though tacos, stuffed peppers, margaritas and guacamole are the biggest attractions.
