Capitalizing on the success of The Meatloaf Bakery and jumping into the food truck scene, the Meatloaf-A-Go-Go food truck brings cupcake-shaped comfort food to the streets. Mini-meatloafs shaped like baked goods and topped with mashed potato "frosting" are the main event. Options include The Mother Loaf (beef, pork, veal, onions, ketchup and spices), No Buns About It Burger Loaf, (think meatloaf with all the fixings of a bacon cheeseburger) and the Loaf-A-Roma (beef and Italian sausage with mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and basil finished with angel hair pasta and marinara sauce).
